Nexa's water alarm is designed to detect and alert the presence of water on floors in connection with, for example, household appliances. When water reaches the two sensors on the underside of the water alarm, the alarm is activated. The water alarm works on both hard and soft floor surfaces. When the battery voltage becomes too low, the leakage alarm sounds briefly every 32 seconds. The battery cannot be replaced.
